By using MarketAlert you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
What the service does
MarketAlert is an alerting app that notifies you when the conditions you define occur in crypto markets. Price and indicator data come from Binance. The app does not trade on your behalf and has no access to your wallet or exchange account.
Not investment advice
No data, alert, chart or AI answer in this app is investment advice, financial guidance or a recommendation to trade. Crypto assets carry high risk and you may lose the entire amount you invest. Every investment decision you make is your own responsibility.
Your account and security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Never share your password. If you believe your account has been used without permission, change your password and contact us. Guest accounts created from a device identifier are tied to that device only; deleting the app means losing access to that account and its alerts.
Limits of alerts and notifications
We cannot guarantee that alerts will be delivered on time. Notifications may be delayed or may not arrive at all because of exchange data delays, network issues, operating system restrictions, problems at Telegram or push providers, or scheduled maintenance. Do not rely on the app as your only source for time-sensitive financial decisions.
Acceptable use
You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, in ways that infringe the rights of others, or in ways that place excessive load on our systems. Reverse engineering the service, scraping data with automated tools without permission, or attempting to bypass security measures is prohibited.
Pricing and plans
The core features are free. If you buy a Plus or Pro subscription, payment is taken through the store you installed from (Apple App Store or Google Play), and cancellation and refund requests follow that store’s rules. The scope of the Plus and Pro plans may change over time.
Liability and changes
The app is provided as is; we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. We may change these terms; we will announce significant changes in the app, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
